1. 基本信息

陈明训,男,19847月生,博士,教授,博士生导师。2008年和2013年分别于西北农林科技大学和浙江大学获得学士和博士学位。20125月至20149月在新加坡国立大学生物系开展合作研究和博士后研究工作。20149月入职西北农林科技大学农学院。

以通讯或第一作者在Plant Physiology和Plant Journal等期刊发表研究论文20余篇。获省部级科研奖励2项(均排名第2)。主持国家自然科学基金面上和青年项目以及陕西省重点研发等科研项目8项。担任SCI杂志Phyton-International Journal of Experimental Botany副主编(Associate Editor)以及Plant PhysiologyFrontiers in Plant Science多个SCI以及作物学报和中国油料作物学报等期刊审稿人。入选中国科协青年人才托举工程(2016)、陕西省创新人才推进计划(青年科技新星,2017)、西北农林科技大学优青培养计划(2015)

主要承担本科生《农业生物技术》《植物分子生物学》以及研究生《作物遗传育种专题》、《作物科学研究进展》、《英文科技论文写作》和《种子生物学》等课程。

(1) 项目十字花科油籽脂肪酸及营养品质形成的分子机制获教育部2015年度高等学校科学研究优秀成果奖(科学技术),自然科学类二等奖(排名第2,共9)
