  1. 基本信息

  吉万全,男,陕西合阳人,博士,教授。1983年本科毕业于西北农学院,获农学学士学位。1988年硕士研究生毕业于西北农业大学,获农学硕士学位。2001年在中国农业大学获农学博士学位。1993年赴加拿大植物研究中心进修学习,1999年赴以色列开展小麦耐旱和抗病育种合作研究。。

  现任旱区作物逆境生物学国家重点实验室副主任,兼任中国遗传学会理事,中国遗传资源分会副秘书长,中国作物学会分子育种分会理事,第三届全国农作物品种审定委员会委员,陕西省农作物品种审定委员会委员、小麦专业委员会主任委员,陕西省遗传学会理事长。陕西省有突出贡献专家,享受政府特殊津贴。

  2. 研究方向

  作物分子染色体工程与育种、农业生物技术。

  3. 开设课程

  为博、硕士研究生讲授《作物遗传育种研究进展》等课程。

  目前已培养硕士研究生50名,博士研究生12名;在读硕士研究生8名,博士研究生11名。

  4. 学术成果(省级以上)

  自1983年参加工作以来, 一直从事小麦染色体工程与育种研究。先后主持国家转基因生物育种重大专项、863课题、国家自然科学基金、农业部重点项目、省科技攻关项目等二十余项。   在小麦染色体工程研究方面,获得了普通小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统20个, 该项研究达世界先进水平;利用缺体系对雄性核不育基因、小麦抗条锈病基因和白粉病基因分别进行了染色体定位研究;获得了小麦--中间偃麦草St组异附加系和异代换系;用缺体回交法将簇毛麦、野生二粒小麦、山羊草的抗白粉病基因导入普通小麦中,创制出一批兼抗白粉和条锈病的抗源亲本。   在小麦染色体工程育种研究方面,培育出小麦新品种西农509(国审)、西农511(省审)、西农529(省审)、陕麦159(省审)、陕麦150(省审)和远丰175(省审)等,在黄淮麦区推广2000多万亩。

  主要获奖成果:

  (1)“普通小麦稳定自交结实缺体系统的创制”1998年获国家发明三等奖(第2完成人);

  (2)“小麦种质资源中重要育种目标性状的评价与创新利用”获2014年获得国家科技进步奖二等奖(第4完成人)

  (3) “ 强筋小麦新品种远丰175和陕麦159的选育”2015年获陕西省科学技术奖一等奖(第1完成人);
