刘振山

1. 基本信息

刘振山,男,山东滨州人。博士,西北农林科技大学讲师,硕士生导师。2007年于山东大学生命科学学院获生物工程学士学位。2015年于中国农业大学农学院获作物遗传育种博士学位。

2. 研究方向

综合运用生物信息学大数据分析和分子生物学实验的方法,进行小麦耐热分子机理研究。主要研究方向为基因可变剪接对环境温度的响应机制、在进化过程中植物如何在基因剪接水平上获得对环境温度的响应能力。真核生物中,剪接是遗传信息传递中心法则的重要一环。Pre-mRNA的可变剪接是一种对基因表达和功能的基础调控机制,亦广泛参与了植物对环境胁迫的响应
